The investment
The total investment includes all expenses from franchise fee to construction, supply, inventory, and more. The range of investment varies on the size of the Happy Cat facility and the market it is in.
Construction represents the vast majority of any Happy Cat startup cost. That's why we come to the table with so many resources for lending. We want to find the best lending strategy for you for your unique financial profile.
Worried about the new interest rates? Those increases can be absorbed by adding 1 extra room over a 1.5 year span.
